The Story
Alina Siert brings nearly two decades of leadership across the tech industry, finance, real estate, and operations, with a career shaped by strategic clarity, enterprise rigor, and faith-grounded conviction.
She has 16+ years of experience in the tech industry, working with Fortune 500 companies across Silicon Valley, including nearly half that time at eBay. There, she managed a $7B+ merchant portfolio, led global advertising FP&A, and earned her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt while driving operational excellence at enterprise scale.
Beyond corporate leadership, she has navigated two business starts and exits across brick-and-mortar and mobile ventures as a social entrepreneur serving both B2C and B2B markets, and also trained to become a Chick-fil-A owner-operator. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff to the founder and CEO of a boutique commercial and luxury residential firm before launching her own advisory practice, joining Keller Williams as a licensed California real estate broker, and expanding into real estate development for housing and faith-based community projects. She now brings all of it to entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, faith-based organizations, and investors seeking trusted strategic partnership with both discernment and execution.
Clarity is what allows growth to become sustainable.
